NECP and join spouse?

Does anyone have any information/experience dealing with the NECP and join spouse? I want to apply for the 2015 school year as I am finishing up my pre-reqs this year. My husband will only have 3 years TOS at that time and I will have 4. We are both however FTA so I am not sure about waivers or anything like that? I thought about hawaii since thats a USA school but it is OCONUS so that only requires 1 year TOS, but someone told me that OCONUS places are not authorized for NECP. Help please!

Check out NECP on Fb, it's a wonderful group that has a ton of info!

Have you found a school that meets all NECP requirements? If not, go to rotc college locator & start narrowing down the list. For example, I'm stationed at JBLM in WA. There are several BSN programs in my area, but once you narrow it down, UW is the only one that meets all requirements. Such as $15K in tuition per year, AF ROTC detachment, completed in 2 years, accredited, etc. it's hard to narrow down the schools, but once you do, you at least have a head start. My spouse and I are joint spouse, so I'm trying to stick close to our current location bc NECP may not PCS us both to the school's location. Like I said, check out the fb group, read the guidelines & start finding schools now & make lists of what they're application requirements are. 2015 application deadlines will come up quicker than you think :)
