NCLEX

Hello! Can someone help me with regards to my NCLEX processing. I received my CES report last july 19,2017 but until now didnt proceed with eligibility/ endorsement. I am currently working and it is difficult for me to have my leave vacation next year. I cannot decide when to proceed with the next step which is eligibility/ endorsment since i am unsure if they will allow me to have a vacation next year. I am planning to take he exam june 2018 since my contract will expire at that month. I am really confused. I want to enrol to a review center for me to be able to focus on nclex review. Is CES report from CGFNS valid only for one year? How much time it will take for eligibility: endorsement to get my application approved and also to get an ATT. Thank you
