Nclex post freak out

I took the nclex today. It was the most random test ever!! Felt like I was getting no where. Anyways I got 75 questions 2 or 3 med questions 2 ekgs. I think I only got like 15 SATA and the rest was a mix of priority questions and maternity, med surg, and mental health. I left feeling like I had failed for sure. I have tried the PVT 4 hours after my test and I have gotten the "good pop up" it said something like " our records indicate you have recently scheduled ... blah blah blah. I've been told that's the good pop up. I hope this is some good news ? I'm not fully relying on it till I actually see the PASS myself. But from what I've heard and read here the good pop is usually accurate ??? Anyone have any advice ? Kinda freaking out 😓😓😓😓

Been 8 hours.. still got the good pop up..hope it's a good sign

Took my test the 26 too...Your test sounds exactly like mine...some ekg... priority...med surg...ob..peds..few meds..I left out knowing for sure I failed because I felt like I didn't know anything...my test shut off at 75...did the pvt 2 and about 24 hours after and got good pop up... I'm in California and we don't get the quick results and our BON is backed up and slow so I'm dying over here hoping I passed and the PVT works! ...what state are you in..are u able to get quick results after 48 hours?
