Nclex in a few days

Nclex on the 20th.

I've done content using Hurst online review.

But my scores are not very good.

Highest is 70/125

I'm freaking out.

Do not let your scores from your review sessions be an indication of how prepared you are.

Think of the nclex like one of your exams. How did you know you were ready? Did you study just as much as you did with those? Do you feel comfortable with the different areas that are being tested?

You know yourself best. What is important when you are studying with tests like Hurst, is not to focus solely on the score. Focus more on the content to understand your weaknesses and your strengths.

I wrote the nclex last year and did a bunch of multiple choice tests/exams before the exam. What helped me to know if I was ready...was to answer the question with the best reasoning I could come up with...and then once I saw the answer...I asked myself...why was I right? why was I wrong?

If I was wrong because...I did not know the content or right from guessing ... then I studied it more. If I was wrong or right... but had sound reasoning...then I felt more confident.

Good luck on your exam! breathe! Get lots of sleep and eat well! Do your best!
