Multiple Specialities?

Hello Nursing Community! 

I have a question for the advanced practicing and/or educational nurses. 

For many years I have been set on going to school to obtain my Doctorate in NP specializing in anesthesia, but I also want to work in a cosmetic/aesthetic spa. I wanted to inquire about the education/certifications I would need to practice aesthetic non-invasive procedures, but for professionals who have already obtained their DNP in another specialty. Could I do two specialities as a DNP? (I.e specializing in both anesthesia and aesthetics.) Could I obtain a certification for aesthetic nurse specialty (CANS) after obtaining a DNP in anesthesia?
