NurseKTA, BSN

I'm researching MSN programs as I would just like some options going forward in my career. I am currently a bedside RN and clinical instructor at a community college. I'm interested in an MSN that will work for being a hospital administrator (I work at a huge hospital system that accepts any type of MSN for leadership positions) or to lecture at community college level. Should I get an MSN as a nurse educator? Will the pay as an educator be terrible?
Will other types of MSNs open more career avenues for me? I want as many high paying options as possible with one MSN degree. Also, the NP market is totally saturated here and I'm not interested in that so the NP role is out for me. I'm also too lazy to be a CRNA.
Should I look into informatics as well? Like I said, I just want an MSN that allows for well paying options. Any input is appreciated!
