Moving to FL from CT...

Hello everyone, first post here.

So I just got offered a very good engineering job in Melbourne/Palm Bay. My wife is an RN with a masters in nursing (MSN) and has 4 year of experience in a Community Health Center. She prefers this type of setting because its M-F 830-530, no weekends, no holidays. She is also in the last year of her NERLP contract which pays back most of her student loans. She can change jobs, as long as she finds another qualifying facility, and she is open to working in a hospital too.

So, I am looking for general advice on the area and information if anyone knows facilities that might qualify. I know of the Brevard Health Alliance, but according to their website, they are not hiring. Anyone know of any other facilities that might qualify?

ok...so this probably isn't going to be a very helpful response...but you should call the place that isn't hiring and see if they know of anything else in that area...

...and worksource is a great government company in florida that loves to help nurses find jobs you should def look them up and give them a call

Good Luck!:D

Thanks for the response.

Anyone have an idea what the pay at a Community Health Center, or place like the Melbourne Medical Center is? I've seen a lot of posts about hospitals, but nothing on other medical facilities in the area...?

I have heard good things about Worksource in FL, too!

Best wishes!

Phyllis
