Mo Bap

Hi everyone! I am so excited! After putting in hundreds of applications at every hospital in the St. Louis area, I received a phone call from Missouri Baptist. I have an interview next week for a PCT position on the Medicine/Oncology floor. I would love to hear about your experience working for Mo Bap. Does anyone have any advice for me?

MoBap isn't bad... It has good technology, and a fairly good flow. They dont' overwhelm you with patients usually. I would give it a 5-6 out of 10.

Thats awesome! As soon as I put my application into MoBap. I get a rejection right away! I dont know what the deal is. Good luck.

Believe me, I got several rejections before I got a surprise phone call from them on a Friday evening. I just kept putting in apps over and over again. By the way I got the Job! I start next week. :yeah:

Congrats on getting a job!! =] I just had a phone interview with St. Clare and I'm waiting to hear back from them to see if I get an in-person interview with them for an ED tech position-night shift. I hope they call me back. :)

I am just curious as to how the interviews went. Did you get the job? and if you don't mind my asking what is the starting pay for a PCT at MoBap?

The staring pay is 9.58 an HR. That's without a night or weekend option.

Congrats on the job! I would love a PCA/PCT position but no one will even call me for an interview since I don't have my CNA. Are you a CNA? Or will they train you?

I have a phone interview with SSM hospitals on Friday, can you share some of the questions? Thanks!
