Midline statlock questin

Hello

I'm a home health nurse due to change my patient’s midline dressing and stabilization device tomorrow. The statlock device is one I’ve never seen before... it’s clear at the insertion hub. It has the normal tape down wings however it feels as though there is hard plastic under the tape wings. No “pegs” to clamp... I’m baffled. The replacement device I was given with my supplies is the blue clip on device that fits over the hub ( I saw a video on that one). The one in place has no internet info?

Is anyone familiar?
