There is another aspect of this that is not being discussed. They are required to where buttons stating the fact that they did or did not get the flu vaccine. Isn't this a violation of their HIPPA rights?

Thanks for the responses! Our class is trying to get the Hurst live session set up. I am very eager to finish this semester and take that NCLEX. I have heard so many mixed responses about the NCLEX.

I am an RN student that will be graduating in december and would like to know if anyone has used the Hurst review and their thought on the program. It is pretty spendy, but they guarentee you pass or your money back. I am looking for actual testimonies on this program. Your help is very appreciated.

I am currently doing my preceptorship at a Hospital that is making flu shots mandatory this year. They are even taking it to the level that if you don't agree to get it, they will make you wear a button stating your choice not to get the shot. Along with this mandatory button you have to wear a mask while on hospital grounds. The disciplinary action for not wearing the mask and button is termination, is this even fair or legal?
