Med/Surgical Reference apps?

Hi! I'm looking for suggestions for an app that would be good to have on my phone for basic med/surg references. Maybe that tells a little pathophysiology, what I should be monitoring for, etc? I'm starting on a progressive care/telemetry/renal floor in a couple of weeks and would like to have lots of resources that are readily available, not just in my heavy textbooks at home. Thanks!
