LVN-RN

Im finishing up my LVN course at Unitek college (I graduate in may). I have also been taking online classes through Unitek and University of Phoenix for my General Edu. such as Micro w/lab, A&P w/lab, General psychology, etc so that I can have all my pre-recs done and hopefully go straight to an RN or LVN-RN program. Does anyone know if Carrington College accepts General edu classes from Unitek or university of Phoenix for their RN/LVN-RN class? Im stuck with staying around the sacramento area for school, and would prefer an accelerated program, hints why I'm looking into Carrington. Any current Carrington RN students have Gen ed classes from other schools that were accepted? Thank you!
