LTC Pharmacy Switch?

Hi! I work for a mid-size organization and we are working on switching pharmacy providers. Has anyone gone through this? What did transition/implementation look like? Our company is spread across 2 states with multiple sites.

I am starting Monday as a new DON for a SNF that is transitioning to a new LTC pharmacy also on Monday. I'm interested to hear how things went for you.
