Ltc interview tomorrow.

Hello nurses. I have been working as a lpn for 10 months now, I've worked

at my current job 3 years. I was a cna before. I just feel I need a change and a new start. I have an interview tomorrow at another ltc facility. I guess I just want advice more then I have a question ;) I know a nurse that works there, she said she got 3 days of orientation. Can I negotiate this if they only offer me 3 days? I feel comfortable with 2 weeks. I'm nervous About leaving my old job. I work with a great team. I get frustrated were often short handed. What if the new job is worse? What's a good reason for me to say of they ask why im leaving my current job at interview? Of course I'm not going to bash my current job. Any tips, words of encouragement would be appreciated.
