Lost NMC application documents

Hi guys, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced having their documents lost while being reviewed by the NMC.

my current situation is this:

I have submitted my forms online on January 30, 2018 and my barcoded forms were sent the next day. According to the FedEx tracking system, NMC has received my parcel which contains my barcoded forms, declaration of good health, and university requirements, on February 5, 2018, which was signed for by a Mr. * ********* of the reception /front desk.

During this time, i thought that my entry to the queue and the beginning of the 40 to 60 days processing time would start upon my parcel being delivered so i waited for the processing period indicated. However, it has been more than two months and they have not given my DL yet prompting me to be alarmed. Turns out, they should indicate at the online portal if they have received my documents (it still doesn't state that they've received it). Also, the staff from the agency i am with has called the NMC and they've told him that they have not received my documents yet.

Currently, i am worried that they might have misplaced my documents. If this is the case, i wish they could inform me soon so i could reaccomplish the documents. I am saddened that this issue would cause me more waiting time and waste of resources if ever i need to accomplish the forms again.

What do you guys think i should do in this scenario? I emailed them the other day and there is still no feedback. I am afraid they might just say they haven't received my documents yet.
