Looking For DSD certification class in Ca

Hi Im a LVN who works in central ca. Im looking for a director of staff development certification class. Im also trying to clarify what else is required to submit to the state for certification. If anyone could give me some guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

I also came across this website. I am in Southern California and can't find a local school that offers a DSD course. I would like to hear from someone who has taken this online course.
