Looking for Feedback

Ok things are looking up that I may get an assignment this week or next I have been submitted for several by a few different companies.

I'm looking for any feedback on these companies I'm looking for only Peds or NICU unless I get desperate I'm over adult Med-Surg.... :(

These companies have all my DOCS and I have done countless hours of reseaching companies.

Bridgestaffing- local company in my hometown

TNS- Have used them before

Core Medical- Impressive Recruiter that truly listened to what I was looking for.

Preferred Health Care/Sisiter company of NurseChoice - I'm thinking a good choice for short or long assignments.

ACES - Local Company in home state.

I have talked with atleast twenty others and it has become overwhelming and it's time to make a decision. I need good health Ins just for myself, hopefully one that will allow for preexsisting with certificate of present coverage, I have Crohns Disease can't go uninsured.

Positions I have been submitted for Montanna 8 weeks 34.00 hr

Hawaii- 4 weeks in Honaloulou 34.00 but, hey it's Hawaii right???:jester:

New Mexico- Navajo Reservation, and some others.

All advice or opinions welcomed and appreciated. I have five years of management, 14 years of Peds/Oncology/Hospice/ and I'm an adventurer so I just need some reinforcement to go TRAVEL.... If you want to email privately feel free! If only there were a Wings Nationwide so I wouldn't miss my college football !!!! ROLL TIDE ROLL!! GO LSU TIGERS!!

Thanks in Advance for all Responses,

I hope you have found an assignment. I started an assignment, 2nd day out the whole thing got screwed up. Luckly I was fairly close home. So it's back to the hunt and find stage. I'm not familiar with the companies you leasted. All I can say is good luck and be very careful. Make sure you get everything and I do mean everything in writing. Let me know how you make out.

Ive travelled for 2 years now, 1 year with american mobile, and 1 year with cross country... and I did the same thing you are doing now, research a TON of companies! What I have found is companies vary only slightly on benefits.. but overall american mobile and cross country are the largest companies and ultimately have more potential jobs in more areas... and that is the only reason I went with them, they got me the job I wanted!

PS if your going to hawaii, do NOT go with american mobile! they do not offer assistance with car rentals... they told me to buy a cheap car once I got there, I did and it broke 3 wks later. So I had to rent a car for 1000 a month (i was under 25). American mobile did not really care nor did they offer assistance.

Wow ! I have heard nothing good about either of those companies. I am hoping for a good experience with no PBDS testing.... :)

I'm talking to AMN, NHS and RNNetwork. It can be overwhelming. NHS has been the most up front as far as pay has been concerned. Basically, asking how much I want to make as to not waste my time or theirs. I like their insurance, BC/BS.

RNNetwork, I started an assignment an on the 2nd day of orientation things fell apart. I had accepted the assignment at one hospital and then the coordinator at that facility said that no I was supposed to be at their sister hospital. RNNetwork backed me but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I hope to be out on the road in the next week.

Anyway, good luck
