Looking for advice on courses post graduation!

Hey guys,

this is my first post on allnurses - but thought I'd give it a try! I am a new RN and I'm working on an orthopedic surgical floor - it's great for a new nurse and I'm learning but I want to continue learning outside of this and continuing my education.

I just want peoples opinions and advice on courses that you've taken that have helped get your feet into other nursing avenues or different floors or just an all around "good to know" nursing foundation.
