2015 LMHS Internship Program

Hi, Anyone can share about the Internship/RN interview in Lee Memorial Hospital? I just Applied yesterday hoping to get a call from the HR. Do you think they will prioritize you if you have a referral? I applied there for a referral but not really sure of it... still don't have any idea about the interview since this is my first interview after I passed NCLEX.

    You would probably get prioritized if you already have a unit manager or director requesting for you. I know when I precepted for my unit, the manager pulled my application from HR to make sure her director could interview me. Although I ended up choosing another unit over them, I knew I would have been good as hired for that unit.
