Has any body used this book to review NCLEX; if so what do you think. I have a Prinston review, the Lippincott medical/ surgical review and NSNA NCLEX-RN REVIEW 4TH EDITION. thank you.

From my point of view, saunders the best so far, and then Lippincot's, both have new edition 2005, just great, I studying by both.
Good luck.
Ulices.

Because I always WAY overdo things, I bought just about every NCLEX review book under the sun -- and took Kaplan. (See what I mean?) Anyway, I did several tests on the Lippincott CD and was amazed to get high 90's on all the practice tests. This was in comparison to the 70-85% I was getting with the other review books I used. Then, when I went to Kaplan, the teacher said he thought Lippincott was okay, but did not recommend it as highly as, for example, Saunders -- because Lippincott was too easy. Based on my own experience, I decided he was right and didn't work in that book anymore. As I've previously posted, I think Saunders is the very best. It's simply exhaustive and I spent many hours reviewing with that book and CD, in addition to going to Kaplan and taking a bunch of their practice tests too. I passed NCLEX on my first try on 1/31 with 75 questions.
I do think Lippincott would be a good resource for a current student.
Good luck!

what is the title and edition of the saunders book; i thought of taking the 16 week online course with saunders. What do you think?
Hi, you seems for me very worry, listen don't pay attention to anybody with negative advice, this is a personal experience, all that you have to do is keep focus in what do you have to know to be ready for the exam, in the different areas of content.
The most important thing is to trust in yourself, and you are responsable for your selfpreparetion, I 'm a forein Nurse too, actually from Cuba, we really have more exams specially the English one, people told me million negatives things, but you know what all of them are not even CNA in years, and I 'm almust ready for my national board with only two years in the US area and working 12 hours almust 7 days a week to support myself and my family.
Not way, keep away from fustration, pray, walk or run, release energy, get a healthy stuff to eat, think how beatiful can be when you become in an American RN, how different your days can turn.
Hope that you feel inspired after this.
My best regards and good luck, anytime to help you.
