I am working on a paper for school and I need to interview someone who has been in the nursing field for a while. If you could please help me out, then i would really appreciate it. Thank you.

1. How long have you been a RN?

2. How did you become interested in this career?

3. What is your educational background?

4. What do you like most about your work?

5. What would you change about your job if you had the opportunity?

6. What skills do you wish you already possessed when you started this job?

7. What other jobs have you worked at in this career field?

8. What tasks does a typical workday consist of for you?

9. What advice would you give for someone starting out in this field?
