lift team

Anyone using lift teams at their facilities. I am trying to get one implemented at our hospital. We (like everyone) are seeing increasingly larger patients who required total care. We also are doing a fair bit of gastric bypass surgery. I have more nurses on light duty from patient care activities than ever, which just means more work for the rest of us. I am interested in any information you can lead me to regarding lift teams. I think administration will go for it if I get the right info to support it and help them figure out how to implement and staff it. :wavey:
