Licensing Exam

This may seem like a silly question - Does anyone know when we take boards if we are graduating in 2008? For example, I will graduate in September in 2008. How would I found out when the boards are; or is it like NCLEX where you get the verification in the mail from the state and you just make an appointment with a Sylvan center?

so if anyone else was also curious - I called my school and got the answer. After we graduate, the school submits verification to the certification organization. Then when we receive the authorization to test from this organization, we schedule our test at a Prometric site (affiliated with Sylvan) as we all did for our NCLEX exams. They offer the exam frequently at different sites throughout the state. My school strongly reccommends that we sit for the exam sooner than later (within 1 -1.5 months of our last clinical.) I'm trying to get a lot of my wedding planning done before school starts - so I hope to have passed my boards well before November 14,2008!
