License and Nursys

New grad, passed NCLEX, received Illinois license beginning of February. The caveat is my spouse received transfer orders during the end of my nursing school to Staten Island, NY thus I need to transfer my license to a NY one. I’ve filled out my portion of the NY license, but they require that I use the verification process through nursys.com. The tough part is that nursys does not have a record of my license on there. Others who graduated with me are listed, but I am not. I’ve written nursys and called the Illinois department of professional regulation, but all they keep telling me is that it will take a few weeks. Is waiting my only recourse?
