So new grad here. I got my license in June of 2022. I work nights. So I got yelled at during shift report by a senior nurse. She states that I have a "lack of respect" because I am not 15 minutes early to work all the time. She also claims "nights are so quiet" so I should have time to process all orders and paperwork she didn't have time to process. I do feel like maybe there are time management areas I could improve on. Any tips? P.S. I work longterm care with 30 residents, and am the only nurse at night with one nurse's aide.
