Knap initial evaluation

I have a question. I'm about to graduate school in Kansas. I got a dui 16 years ago and got a diversion and another dui 10 years ago. I pleaded no contest and went through an evaluation and an outpatient alcohol treatment. I'm applying for a license in a month and was curious if I would get referred to knap for an evaluation since it was over 10 years ago and I completed a program since. Does anyone have any ideas??
