Kaiser's New Grad RN Program: NorCal vs SoCal

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone had some insight to Kaiser's New Grad RN Program.

What are the differences between Kaiser's New Grad NorCal program vs the SoCal program? From my research, it seems like Kaiser's NorCal program is more extensive and in-depth (12 month commitment) compared to Kaiser's SoCal program (26 weeks). I may be wrong.

For those that completed a Kaiser NorCal or SoCal program, how would you describe your learning experience into a new nurse?

Any insight is super helpful. Thanks in advance!
