Kaiser Interview (NICU)

I am applying for a NICU RN position at Kaiser, and this is my first interview as an experienced nurse. I would really appreciate any insight into the interview process for an experienced NICU nurse, particularly at Kaiser (ie. will I be asked NICU clinical questions/scenarios?). My first interview is a virtual on demand interview, which I've never done. I'd love any tips or insight into this as well. TIA!
