Job Shadowing

I recently interviewed for an RN position I really want. At the end of the interview the assistant manager asked if I would want to shadow for a day. I immediately said yes. I thought the shadow went great and the assistant manager told me that if I accepted the job she could get me on the every third weekend rotation (which was one of my major concerns with the job since it's supposed to be every other weekend) within 6 months. I haven't received an official offer yet as I just completed the shadow but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Any thoughts? Does this mean I got the job?
