IVT training

i am planning to make reservations for IVT training and i had found out that there are still available slots at veterans (VMMC) and at children's (PCMC).. but my friend told me that i would rather pick veterans because unlike in children's, you're the one who will have to process your documents to be able to get your ivt card after the training.. i'm wondering if that's true.. children's hospital is very much convenient for me with regards to the nearness of it to our residence, actually i was about to go there but i ended up being hesitant about what my friend told me.. wish you guys can help me.. thanks a lot.. :)
