IV's

I am currently in nursing school and have to write a paper on the legal implications of lpn's and iv therapy. It seems everywhere I look there is nothing to be found. I looked on the board of nursing site and didn't really get anything from it. I am allowed to put in the paper the things lpns can and also can not do regarding iv's. I also can use other states rules on this. So if anyone could please help me out I would greatly appriciate any feedback you could give me on the legal aspects of what a lpn can and can't do all of the states I can.
