Do somebody help me..? I will like to know if you have to flush a Central Venous Line before you administer Vancomycin and Meropenem intravenous..?

Do somebody help me..? I will like to know if you have to flush a Central Venous Line before you administer Vancomycin and Meropenem intravenous..?

If it is a dormant line you need to flush to access it. If fluids are running then you would not need to flush (as long as the ax are compatible with the fluids)
