IV push calculation help

Hi,

need help studying for an I.V push calculation exam. I have looked through my books and my college is closed today due to weather from the tropical storm. I need solution for the following questions...I know I am overlooking something...thanks for anyhelp

Medication order: Digoxin (Lanoxin) 0.125 mg IVP Available: Digoxin 0.5 mg/mL Directions: Dilute medication in normal saline for a total volume of 5 mL andadminister over 5 minutes How many mL of normal saline will be added to total 5 mL? How many mL per minutewill you give?

6. Medication order: Phenytoin (Phenytoin) 200 mg IVP, STAT Available: Phenytoin 250 mg/5 mL Directions: Administer undiluted at a rate of 50 mg/min. How many mL per minute will you give? How many minutes will it take to administer themedication?

    For the first one I would reconstitute with 4.75ml of NS and put it at 1ml/min for 5 minutes.

    The second one will be 1ml/min and it will take 4 minutes.

    This may be wrong but this is what I got.
