having issues with kaplan website

It has been 2 wks since I purchased kaplan and I've had troubles with their website on and off for the past 2wks, this is really upsetting considering the cost (418dls) for the program. Is anybody else having the same problem? My nclex exam is in 4 wks and besides the normal anxiety of the exam I have this extra thing to worry about. I called them today and they told me that they are having issues with the online program specifically lesson 8. Two days ago it was another lesson, is this normal for them to have issues with their lessons? I do like their videos but it is useless if I can't watch them, and another thing is I have to work around their schedule when they can finally fix their system.:mad:
