I'm about 3m in on first nursing job, and I'm thinking about switching units. I feel like I'm being bully by some of the other nurse. I heard some of the other staff talking about me went they thought I could not hear them. I have also heard from a lot people that is a bad unit to work on. They are like 3 or 4 GNs and a good chunk of the RN have only been on the unit for like a year or 2. I don't know if this is just something that i am going to have to get over or if I might have better luck on a different unit. It is a med-surg unit that is know for being the "dump unit of the hospital. I'm hope that this unit is just not the right fit for me because I do really like nursing.
