IQMAN etc

hello there guys, can you help me decide on what agency to choose from because i am really confused right now. does any on here know IQMAN(international quality manpower services) they are located in makati and a poea registerd they have also an international name namely medtivia...i really need to know some details about them like the timeline of processing immigration papers or do they ever deploy rp nurse in US something like that and other details (+) or(-)comments are welcome to those who inquire or better yet to those who signed up. secondly does anyone here knows these website ctihs.org it is a website that is created to those who are in healthcare staffing in US they have a list of their members who are in healthcare stafiing industry that lobbies the congress to resolve retro issues,what do you think am i going to sign up to those who are a member on that website or to those who are given a JCAHO award like hcca tnx and hoping a lot replies....

From what I heard from the Pinoy nurse community here in Baltimore, IQMan recently sent some RNs to a nearby Sinai Hospital here in Baltimore. But they come in with working visas, not immigrant visas due to the retrogression affecting immigrant petitions.
