Hi :) I have an interview with next week with Providence Healthcare in Canada. So nervous. I am looking for sample interview questions on-line, any tips? Thank you thank you so much! :)

Think of a time where you had to make a quick decesion with very little information, what was the outcome , what could have been done differently looking back on it now.

the good old conflict in the work place, how did you handle it what would you have done differently.

a good tip would to research "behavioural interviewing" its a very common style used in our feild

Hi chjpr, how was the interview?

I am going to a screening process this week at Providence Healthcare. I'm wondering what I do there. Is there any quiz? The hiring person told me that this is not an interview. They will call me for an interview later.

Thank you NextGenRPN for the tip it was helpful! Fujiko the interview went well but the waiting period after the interview is the killer :( What is a screening test? I didnt take any quiz. Good luck in your future interview! :) just be yourself. Which unit are you getting an interview for? Its helpful to do some review regarding the common health conditions nurses deal with in that unit. Wish you luck :)

Hey,

how was your screening process. I am having mine this Thursday. But I am not sure what to expect. I mean all I know is that it is not an interview. I will be having some typing and data entry to do. Also, some medication quiz I think. Does it sound like anything who might have done for screening?
