Interview Request for CRNA

Brand-Spanking new to the forum and this will be my first post :) I've viewed the site several times over the past few months.

I'm currently a Healthcare Specialist in the Army (deployed until 2014) and I'm working on college. Over the past few months I've decided that CRNA is going to be my long term goal and I'm currently working towards it.

Long story short: I have an interview paper due for one of my current college classes. The instructions are to find someone in your desired career field and ask them a few questions about the profession, experiences, troubles, and such.

I'm posting this now since the paper is due in a few weeks and I'd like to get a little jump on it.

I have access to email, Skype (depending on the internet connection) this forum, and text if anyone is interested in helping out. My times are pretty flexible too.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Did you check to see if there are are any CRNAs in your command? May be a great source of information now and for the future if you plan to stay in the military. There is also another website you can check that has hundreds of CRNAs. Just google search for it.

Thanks for the info, I checked with the TMC on base here. They were unable to help me with the interview. I'm deployed on an Air-Force base so there isn't much I can get from them so far. I've received a PM from a few people so far and I will be emailing them for some information.

Thanks again for the info!

I would help, but I just passed boards, so I am not sure how much information I can give as I haven't really even started practicing yet.
