Internship Summer 2014

I am currently a junior in a four year BSN program and even though the school year is just beginning I can't help but think about next summer and finding an internship! I really would like experience and am willing to go outside of the east coast to do so! Does anyone recommend any programs they have participated in the past or ones they are looking into for this upcoming summer? I am finding that very few hospitals offer such programs and if they do they only select very few candidates so I am trying to keep my options open.
