Independent Delegating Nurses

Hey friends ??
I currently work at a DDA organization as a CM/DN. I have been approached by a lady opening her own assisted living facility and she needs a nurse. Has anyone worked as an independent contractor? What are fair prices for assessments and nursing care plans? How was your experience working as an independent delegating nurse?
