In need of help for Nursing tips!

Hi everyone I'm new, I am currently in High school, and I am taking a nursing program at my school.. I have an upcoming project where I have to re-enact a scenario with a patient. Our teacher gave us 6 diseases, which were diabetes, phobias, schizo, cancer, progeria, and munchausen. I would really appreciate the help if someone could tell me just the basic tips on what to do. Such as what do you say when you walk in and what are the things are you supposed to do, such as checking for temperature or asking for a history of illness...

Anything would help! thank you so much (:

Both of these involve doing your own homework :) It's really better for you to find out these answers, especially if you're going to be a nurse. You can't have someone doing your assignments as a nurse, either. Best of luck :heartbeat

Oh thank you but i wasn't exactly looking for specific answers. Just general things nurses do as in a checkup. I tried researching online but i felt like if you learn from a real nurse, it'd be more memorable. But thank you !
