Good morning people!!
I would just like to ask if you know AVAILABLE hospitals who are currently accepting training applications for SEPTEMBER 2013 "ONWARDS"...
I would prefer hospitals around MAKATI, TAGUIG, PASAY, PARANAQUE and PASIG since I live in Pasay and I am near these places...
It is also helpful if you also know hospitals...government/PUBLIC hospitals around these AREAS THAT ACCEPT nurse applicants without having to pay for training (just volunteer)...
As for those hospitals who are doing the TRAINING programs, will there be an EMPLOYMENT if you are successfully CHOSEN "AFTER" the training?
Or, will they place you in an "UNDER PROBATION STATUS" first?
I am actually planning to PASS RESUMES this AUGUST that is why I needed additional info. from you guys...
Thank you and God bless! :)

When did you pass the NLE? I advise you to be patient about the training programs. I would like to enlighten you with the options I know right now.
1. I saw your post in MMC thread. Just keep your hopes high but don't expect too much. I passed my resume there thrice this year. AFAIK, they called applicants from last year pool of resumes (Oct2012). There were just fortunate applicants who just waited 2weeks to be called for the training (as mentioned in the thread)
2. Based from my observation, mostly month of August is the actual start of training in some hospitals. I have passed my resume and took the exam around June and July in some hospitals. If you are planning to apply this August, you might wait 2-4months depending on when will be the next batch of training will start. As an example, St.Dominic Medical Center in Bacoor City, Cavite will start their training this Aug21.. I don't know if they are still accepting applications. You can call them as there are only 15 trainees applied. For the "absorption" process, it will still depend on the hospitals policies. In St.Dominic, it is a 3month training. After, you will have a waiting period. It is just a manpower pooling that no definite period is given to how long will you be called for employment.
3. Some of the hospitals I know have already training fee. One that has a ssched for Aug (Pedia) and Sept (MS) is UST. It is worth 5K for 3months. One pre-requisite is an 80% Board Rating.
3. If you are interested, Our Lady of Pillar Hospital in Imus, Cavite might have their pre-employment training this coming Sept. Google it with the key word "our lady of pillar hospital jobopenings.ph" You will find there the requirements needed and call them for the sched. AFAIK, they dont accept incomplete requirements except for the preferably with HEMODIALYSIS TRAINING".
4.One piece of advise, keep on reading forums and give it a shot to go to different hospitals near you, mostly, they give information about their training. :) be patient!

Re St. Dominic, My friend and I went to St. Dominic Cavite yesterday. We left our CV's at the guard. From what I understood, application for the next batch is closed. I think next batch is October
I have to agree with Sab because qualifying for a training takes LOTS of patience. Don't hurry too much cause you'll get your own shot if its really your time. I wish you well and God bless :)
