I need HELP!

I failed the nclex the second , now I am required to petition the Kansas board of nursing for approval to retake. Can somebody please help me how to go about?

    Yes I did and they said since it's been more than two years after graduation I have to petition the board before I can test. I have submitted a study plan ,get RN who will sign as a supervisor and many other things. I really need help on this one
