You paid with a credit card correct? Call your credit card and tell them you are disputing a charge that they will handle it for you.

I paid for the study guides from Chancellor's but I never sighed the contract I just found out you can no longer go thur Excelsior for your RN and Chancellors will not give me my money back I paid over the phone up front because they said it would be cheaper to pay for the study guides all at once but again i never sighed anything i called them they said i did and told me i would recieve a copy in the mail well i did and my name was not on the contract anywhere any advice would be great thank you, :angryfire
