I need some help pleaseeee this means alot RE: Med SURG!!!!

Heyy everyone soooo I am in med surg now and we have had 4 tests so far....So we must maintain a 75 or better to remain in the program I feel like if I can pass and get through this course I am told the rest is very doable and much easier...I AM VERY NERVOUS because my avg so far is an 80 and okay I am not going to complain because I feel for others who have 60's right now very sad and nervewracking but at this point nursing is my life and if I fail this course I really dont know what I will do failure is not an option here!!!!!!!!! I have 8 tests left to go and what resources helped you???? I study realllly really hard and I get the test and freeze up! I truly want this so badly that I am so nervous to fail out and I look around me and smart people are reallyyyy struggling to get a passing grade ANY HELP/HOPE/ADVICE PLEASE AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH :redpinkhe

When i was in school i struggled with endocrine system and cardio the most! I used Med-Sug made incredibly easy and it really helped break down the info for me a little more than the book. Lots of flash cards and note taking, and I also used my Nclex-PN book (saunders) disc daily for 20-30min. Mosby's Nclex-PN book is cheaper and it has just a med-surg section too. I found reading the rationales invauluable! even if i got the questions wrong it helped me to understand WHY it was wrong! Good luck in school!
