I need help...going through changes

I graduated this past summer. I started in what I thought I loved, in a big public hospital in a major metro area. It was an awful experience for me and a few other new graduates that started then...the loads, the pace, the RN's "eating the young", etc. I transferred to another unit within 5 months (as did other new rn's). The new unit is not a bad place; I like most of the nurses I work with, and my manager likes me. Now after just 2 months I'm flat out bored and feel unchallenged...my schedule is not all that good, and I am not crazy about the hospital (county hospital). I was recenty called by an employer that I had applied for a long time ago in a different type of unit (newborn nursery), and they would like to set up an interview. Now, here is the catch: one of the reasons I stayed in this hospital is because I have a contract where I would have to pay back for the internship ($10,000) if i leave before 2 years. I am so depressed about the whole thing, and I just don't know if it would look good to hop to yet another job, not to mention the fact that I would have to pay back (even though I have been told that other RN's have left in that same situation and they have not had to pay anything, but I can't prove that myself). Sometimes I even feel like I have chosen the wrong career. I need advice stat!! Thanks!:icon_roll
