Well I will be starting LPN school in October. I will be going full time Mon-Thur 8-4:30. I was offered a administrative position at a local hospital today. I have a choice of part time-20 hours a week or per diem(more pay 1.88 base per hour), either way I wouldn't get benefits. If I worked part time the benefits would cost way too much. Which one would you take?
I was thinking I could take per diem and work Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am, but those hours may not be available though.
Thanks for the advice,
Kira

Hi!
congrats on going back to school.
Many people that go to school during the week at my job work weekends only ( track). It is not an administrative position, but it pays full time and you get benefits. so, If you are able to fing something like that you may kill 2 birds with one shot.
good luck!
Anagray Thanks.
Boy, I wish I could find something like that. It would be great. I'm lucky i found this job, I haven't worked since October 2005. It's be terrible trying to find a job that fits for me.

okay, you'd work on sunday from 7p-7a, then go to work monday morning? no way would that be advisable. you'd be a zombie!
see ifyou could do 2 sixteen hour shifts-7a to 11p on sat and sun. (many hospitals might offer these shifts as an NA or a secretary)
