Hypoparathyroidism Care plan

Good evening,

I've followed this site for a while but never had a reason to post so I never registered... until today.

I'm in LPN school and we have our first clinical rotations next week. Today we were assigned Care Plans to do. The teacher gave each of us 1 disease process/disorder each and she wants us to build a care plan from that.

I've been assigned hypoparathyroidism and I've finished my care plan but I'm just unsure on a few (several) things. I changed my dx after reading some posts on the site this afternoon. The DX in ()'s are the previous ones.

The dx's I've used are:

Ineffective Airway Clearance related to Airway spasms as evidence by changes in respiratory rate . (Previously: Ineffective airway clearance related to impaired respiratory muscle function and laryngospasms as evidence by changes in respiratory rate and depth.)

Decreased cardiac output related to Altered heart rate/rhythm as evidence by Jugular vein distention, fatigue, & edema. (Decreased cardiac output related to electrolyte imbalance as evidence by cardiac arrhythmia.)

At risk for injury related to ___ - left blank because I'm now lost (At risk for injury related to muscle incoordination as evidence by seizure activity and tremors.)

-The OLD dx I used I actually had some help from graduating students. Problem is neither my old or new dx sound 100 % right to me, but I'm not sure on how these should be worded. She oonly wants 3 dc, 3 interventions per dx. But she does want the MOST IMPORTANT dx/interventions. ANY HELP would be appreciated.

THANKS
