:typing Just wanted to know has anyone heard of the Hurst review course for the nclex. I am thinking about taking this review class and just wanted some input on it. My school has something like and nclex review class that we have to take to graduate nursing school. The score last year was an 61 to pass now they have taking it up to 71. :confused:Why I dont know when only 2 people from last class made an 71 out of 25 people. We have 17 other students in the class with us the didnt even make and 61. I'm just trying to get all the help I can. So that the 20,000 dollars that i payed just for lpn school wont go down the drain!!! Please help!!!!

Hi
I am currently doing the online Hurst Review and I love it! It is a great review of systems, so far. I havent completed the course yet, just on day Two. I have taken drexel and kaplan, both offered some good advice but I really enjoy the review it is very entertaining. Good luck........

I completed the Hurst online review and passed my NCLEX RN exam as of today (tested yesterday w/ 75 q's). Hurst is entertaining and informative. It does give you info to focus on review of systems and the high points to hit with study for NCLEX; you learn how to attack the questions, dissect them, and answer like a safe new grad. It is a lot of material but very important material. I would personally recommend it. I also studied with Saunders 4th ed and the Saunders box of 1000 review cards.
oh yeah, the good thing about the online review is that you can listen to the lectures and watch the viedos over and over as if you are in the class.

I LOVE the Hurst on line review,I wish I had listened to it in nursing school. She just makes a light come on . I would also suggest the Kaplain questions all of my friends that passed the RN boards used the Kaplain questions and said the content on the NCLEX was very similar.
