Hey anyone here work or had an interview at hss for new grads residency?? If so, how long does it take for them to tell you if you got the job and do they email/call you if you didn't get it or they just don't respond to you at all?

Thanks!

This is probably not as helpful as you would want it to be, but I applied in May and my application status still says under review. The main HR website says that anyone who is not considered/hired receives an official notice of that, and I have two friends who got emails in June that said they were no longer candidates. I met someone who did the residency program there, and she told me that she also applied during the May window (a couple of years ago, I believe), and didn't start working until the fall because the process took a long time. Also, a friend of mine used to work at the hospital in an admin capacity, and she said the HR dept was pretty small, at least when she was there a few years back - I imagine it's a higher priority to hire essential staff before taking on a group of people fresh out of school? It's absolutely my top choice, so fingers crossed :)

I know this is old but does anyone know how many people they hire in each cohort
